ORDERS
How long until my order ships?
Order processing: 1-2 days; shipping time determined by method (Express quickest). Delivery window typically 2-5 days.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use that number to follow delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Why was my order split into multiple shipments?
Some items may be printed at different facilities or shipped from different warehouses, so they can arrive separately.
I never received my order - what now?
Sorry - we’ll investigate. Check your tracking first; if it shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, we’ll arrange a reprint or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and PayPal are accepted.
My transaction is not being processed. What should I do?
Shopper security is a priority with fraud protection measures in our checkout process. Contact your bank for authorization if you receive a 'TRANSACTION CANNOT BE PROCESSED' error message.
When will my card be charged?
Payment processed for order total, currency, taxes, and shipping at checkout.

SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Orders processed in 1-2 business days. Increased processing/shipping times during launches, holidays, peak seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Allow for 2-5 business days for delivery after leaving our distribution center.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged or open?
Provide details and photos to help@prdy.store for resolution.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping cost is based on product type, weight/size, quantity, and chosen shipping method. Final cost is calculated during checkout.
Do you ship from the USA?
PRDY products are printed in the USA. PRDY directs production to facilities nearest to the delivery address when feasible - multiple items are made in the U.S. for quicker delivery.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
In the case of defects, misprints, missing, or damaged items, a claim will be opened for verification and either a reprint or refund will be arranged
Any purchase are final sale?
All products are final sale and non-returnable. Marked before purchase.
How long do I request a refund/reprint?
You have 7 days from the date of product delivery to initiate a return.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Approved returns receive refunds processed with credit applied to original payment method in 5-10 business days
